Embrace Your Future - Happiness, grief and loss coaching

Grief is Part of Our Story

We all have grief events in our life story, and at any one time, many of us are struggling with a form of grief. It shapes our days, affecting how we interact with the world, whether we are at work, with friends, or when we are alone. Grief doesn't wait outside the office door, nor does it step aside when we are on the sports field or in a meeting. It is with us as we drive, operate machinery, and even in our dreams.

For many, grief is an uncomfortable or taboo subject. It is something we have been taught to carry quietly, making it hard to share with family, friends, or colleagues. This silence can leave us feeling isolated, even in the company of others.

Let’s Change the Conversation

My passion is to make grief an accessible topic, to help individuals and organisations recognise that it’s okay not to be okay. When we understand the impact of grief on daily life, we can begin to support ourselves and others with compassion.

Whether you are seeking personal guidance or looking to create a more supportive workplace, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s explore how we can navigate grief together.
